How we confirm your order
After you place an order, our team contacts you on the WhatsApp number or phone number you entered at checkout to confirm your name, address, items and total. Your order is packed and dispatched only after this confirmation.
If we cannot reach you
If we cannot reach you after trying on the number you provided, the order may be put on hold and cancelled if we do not hear back within 48 hours. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and our Return and Exchange Policy applies.
If an item is out of stock
If a piece you ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Prices and availability can change without notice until your order is confirmed.
