Is shipping free in Pakistan?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order delivered within Pakistan, with no minimum order value.
How is my order confirmed?
We contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your details before dispatch. If we do not hear back within 48 hours after trying to reach you, the order may be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange a suit?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and uncut if unstitched, with tags and packaging intact. Sale, clearance, customised and made-to-order items are excluded.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers pay courier charges to return an item and, for an exchange, to ship the replacement. Rangreet does not cover these shipping costs.
